  I have been to Godfreys Cranbourne twice, once for a vacuum and today for a hand hand vacuum and a mop. Both times the service I received was wonderful with the sales person (different each time) offering options and explaining the difference. All of the products I have purchased have performed as well as they said it would, if not better. Today I was sceptical about the mop being suitable for our very dirty, neglected floor, but it worked wonderful, just as they said it would. I would thoroughly recommend Godfreys Cranbourne

  Terrible service of our vacuum, damaged the unit and forgot to replace parts paid for. Very poor customer service and communication after nearly 3 weeks of issues.
  
  Took our Dyson stick vacuum for a repair and service. Initially the first store representative was very lovely and assured us we would have the vacuum back in one to two days. Several days later I rang as we hadn't heard anything. At this time I was told they were waiting on a part and couldn't tell me when it would be in. I waited another week and then got told the same, waiting on a roller head. Then after 2 weeks finally someone in store rang Dyson and the part arrived the next day and the vacuum was repaired and returned.
  
  As soon as we got it home I noticed it had been badly damaged and the filter hadn't been replaced (which we had paid for). I rang the store first thing the next day as they had closed, the team member told me to bring it back in, that they hadn't replaced the filter but couldn't tell me why.
  
  My husband went in store today and the team member was not receptive to any feedback and denied any damage, blaming us that we must have dropped it, that they never make mistakes (despite mistakenly not replacing the filter). The damage affects the vacuum's suction, it looks like either its been dropped or tools have been used to pry the canister open and in doing so, bent/snapped plastic and damged the rubber seal.
  
  The vacuum also doesn't look to have been properly cleaned as a part of the service. The filter light was still on and my husband cleaned out a heap of dust and grime tonight which surely should have been done as a part of the service.
  
  Definitely do not recommend Godfreys Cranbourne for any repair or service of vacuums.

  I purchased the wertheim series 7 about a year ago I went in to the office yesterday as it wasn’t sucking as good as it should sam said it will most likely just be a blockage he advised and showed me how to remove a blockage By sucking backwards through the hose ( I thought yeh I don’t think it will be ) but got home tried it and sure enough it was just a blockage ! Now working great again :)

  Had great friendly service. But thats where the good stuff ends. Adived of my budget and what i wanted for my steam mop. Told well to be honest you are going to get one of these crap models here. If you are truelly looking for a good steam mop these options are much better. Thanks i will think of doubling my budget. Sorry godfreys i will take my buisness else where
