  Visited this place during COVID-19 lockdown hoping to get a test done quickly but endeded up sitting there for ages listening to the staff giggling and making lots of noice inside the lab. It was very unprofessional and uncomfortable.
  We were waiting with the numbers on our hands hoping a staff to call us inside.
  There was nobody at the reception but the staff were walking past us (but didn't bother to ask us inside - they were too busy with their talking I guess).
  I initially thought that other people were inside getting their tests done. Therefore I waited patiently for a long time. But couldn't see any patient coming out of the lab. Once I had enough waiting I stopped one of the staff and requested to get my test done ( would have done this much earlier if I knew that they don't bother to ask patients in here unlike other pathology labs.
  Would have given zero stars if I could.
  The owners of this place should seriously pay attention to staff management and training as specially during these challenging times people do not wish to waste their time stuck inside a pathology for hours for no reason.

  Prompt, polite, efficient and friendly consultation with Ruth and Nicole. Blood test and clipping completed painlessly. Highly recommended.

  Took my nearly 4 year old son in today for a blood test and the nurse was amazing. I wish I had of got her name, what could have been such terrible scary experience for my son wasnt and he walked out of there with a smile on his face and not a tear in sight . Thank you.

  The ladies that took my 4 year old's blood sample were amazing today! They were so relaxed and professional, my son did not feel a thing. Keep up the amazing work ladies!
