  We Live in Queensland ordered 7 dresses from here she got the wrong dresses took 10 weeks to be made sent them to us was supposed to send a sample of the colour in the mail didn't do that assuming they were the right dresses all flowers and ties are now wrong colour too. She emailed and asked how they were straight away my Mil tried them on without realising they were wrong because the bridesmaid chose them to suit them so 3 weeks after when bridesmaid had came up from Sydney to try on they all were wrong and didn't fit so need to alter them as that's our only option.
  We did call as soon as we knew the dresses were wrong. Shelleys response was there is nothing I can and not 1 cent compensation even for having to alter the dresss afterr already paying for the dresses i dont want, different colour and didnt ask for.. So now this has really impacted my wedding 5 weeks out. I would never purchase through this company. Wrong order. Will not help with mistakes THEY made. Wish I could give a zero rating. She didn't pick up on it in 10 weeks that she had ordered the wrong dress but now saying it's our fault. She ordered the dress number above. So unhappy. Thanks for really stressing us out.

  We had the absolute pleasure of Shelley's help in finding my daughters deb dress. My daughter had become very overwhelmed after a not great experience elsewhere. I called Shelley and asked what she might have available and she was amazing. She listened to our quite long list of sensory needs and found the perfect dress. She had it ready to go in the dressing room and was so respectful of my daughters needs. Absolutely recommend Shelley and her beautiful store.

  Purchased my daughters beautiful wedding dress from here. The owner Shelley was exceptional. Provided a very personalised service which we didn't receive from the previous bridal shops we visited. What a shame the shop has closed.

  Only good things to say about maggys bridal. The range of dresses from styles to sizing was amazing!
  I was made to feel very comfortable not only that but maggy had so much knowledge and all questions I had were answered without hesitation. She listened to everything I had to say about my perfect wedding dress and might I add she picked the wedding dress that I’ll be wearing on my wedding day.
  I’m so looking forward to my fittings
