  I went to this store tonight to upgrade my plan.
  
  I waited in the store for approxamtly 15 minutes while it seemed there was free staff i waited/looked for phones that i wanted.
  
  Another family walks in and get served straight away? Never the less i wont be returning here to sign up to anything

  I'm writing this post four months after I came into the store and was served by the lovely Phillip. Never have I ever met an Asian bloke with such a true blue Aussie persona. I had no idea what I was after because I have been copping bills from alternative service providers in the three digits for nearly a year.
  
  After taking the time to go through my needs he sorted me with an iPhone on a very affordable plan. Now four months into this contract, I have not been overcharged for anything and I can say without a doubt that the plan is suitable for me. Thank you Phillip, you've saved me hundreds already and you'll save me hundreds more. Definitely recommending to my family and friends.
