  It was my first and last time in this particular branch. I joined a check out queue where only 1 employee was working, About 8 people was waiting and the shop have about 20 self checkout machines that nobody want to use because it’s a nightmare to work out. Everyone was complaining, I left my shopping trolley full and walk out.

  Greater variety than before. Continental Section is bigger. Price freeze on items till Jan 23 is great. Just joined the flybys to earn extra points while shopping.

  We live in Berwick but sometimes our Coles delivery is from the Cranbourne store & we can always tell. Today's experience: about $50 worth of items out of stock & no substitutes. Some items substituted & the replacements are items we'd never buy. Half of a cucumber had rotted, a can of dog food dented so badly, it was difficult to open, mushrooms looked like they were a month old with dark spots on them. So later today, I have to drive down to our local Coles to buy all the items that were missing. Kind of defeats the purpose of getting home delivery. Cranbourne store needs to teach pickers that if they wouldn't purchase that item for themselves, don't pick it for any other customer. At least this time the driver brought the delivery to the door. Last time Cranbourne delivered, the driver left everything at the bottom of the stairs (nowhere near the front door), did not ring doorbell as per instructions & where the goods were left could have easily been knocked off by anyone going past. It was also raining...what a genius!

  Been shopping there fir many years but this morning left my full trolley in the shop and walked ou. One counter open all others replaced by Self service Card only machine. Coles just announced billions in profit but find it On to get rid of people who work there at the checkout. I will NEVER go back there again

  Will never shop in this store ever again. I stood at the front desk for 10 minutes while 3 senior customer service assistants ignored me. Absolutely disgusting! If they owned their own retail business, it would not survive. I will go to Woolworths from now on.
