  Picked up my Ford Ranger from freeway Ford Cranbourne I’ve been to a few car yards but these guys were Top Class Tony was a legend to get me the best deal , Sam , Carla, great customer service now time to enjoy

  Unpleasant experience a while back with the service team. I had taken my Focus ST to an independent mechanic who advised me that there was a leak in my radiator/water pump. At the time I still had warranty on the car so I booked in a service here for the parts to be changed. I got told that they ran a pressure test and found that there was no leak which was ridiculous. Few days later I looked under the car myself and there was very obvious coolant leakage. I managed to take the car back a second time and they finally accepted that there was an issue and got the part swapped. It was frustrating having to convince them of the issue. It was as though they didn't want to take any responsibility. I was greeted with a sour face & wasn't even offered a loan car or a drop off service which was appauling. I walked the 8km trip home.
