  We have had a disappointing experience with Tracy from Sea Change Conveyancing. It was hard and stressful to communicate with her. It felt like she was detached and did the legal minimum at the latest time possible. We had to double check everything with our mortgage broker, who was nice enough to help us. We hope this is only a phase she is going through. We are giving her two stars because she did get things done in the end.

  I have used Seachange Conveyancing 3 times now and will continue to use their services. I am sorry I haven’t left a 5 star review earlier!
